Loved how the sunlight came through these mostly empty bottles. What fun trying to capture the light.

Cherries
Years ago I painted a watercolor of cherries named Cheery Cherries for my dear Aunt Lu who was battling cancer. She was such a wonderful part of my life. I revisited the composition in oils this time which, while painting so many years later, still evoked so many memories of her.
